When will you restock
Our main products will be restocked as necessary. As for our drops their will be limited stock.

Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy
30 day return from when the item was purchased.
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter will not be accepted.
Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc, will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
All returns will be donated on your behalf!

How do I return and/or exchange my order
Please email support@exink.co with your order number along with full name the order is under. Our team will respond with in 72 hours on business days, Monday - Friday.
When will my order ship
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible! Orders placed before 2pm (AST) will be shipped same day, Monday - Friday, 9am -2pm (AST). This is excluding holidays.
